The hotel and facilities were indeed 5* and most staff we encountered were friendly and very helpful. The setting is peaceful and very relaxing.Our bedroom was beautiful, and the bed was super cosy and comfortable. My spa treatment was THE best treatment I have ever had, and Ruby took great care of me. I would thouroughly recommend it. It was expensive but worth every penny.Our 2 night stay was wonderful and we definitely did not want to leave.

Delicious breakfast with lots of choices from a menu.Was served by very attentive staff. The location is very convenient close to London and gave us the opportunity to a short gateway .

The spa was good. However the staff need Co ordination and for a luxury 5 star which was rumoured 7 star , restaurant staff service is abysmal. Also the security was rude, on top my booking wasn’t received hence cancelling and rebooking, the manager paoulo helped and was frustrated as went esp for spa which couldn’t use
